Need more help for my swap

Ok i need some info on the folowing swap
Im swapping a 1.6 SI SOHC and tranny into my 1.5 4-speed equiped 91 civic

i have the motor,tranny,ecu,resistor box,intectors now my question is since i have the 4-speed tranny will my driveshafts work with the new 5-speed tranny? same amount of splines? And the dstributor i have the one for the 1.5 dpti but not one from a SI motor does this matter? and will the flywheel andd clutch fit on the 5-speed tranny?

well, if the current flywheel/clutch is from a 88-89 car, it WILL not fit! it's too small. as for the rest...just try one of the axles. they are easy to get out...not sure if they are the right lenght.

if no one answers....do this. call a parts store that sells axles. ask them to look up the 91 Si and your model...are they the same part?

You need the dist from the Si. I don't know about the axles but if you do need them I have a pair of life time axles. Both sides. E-mail me if you are interested.

Kewl thanks...i went and bought a new Dist for a Si yesterday ...so thats one less thing also went ahead and ordered a clutch masters stage 2 clutch and the drive shafts worked so looks like im all set to go to finish it.

We stated tearing into the car Sat day but the strut/control arm bolts were froxen solid so i had to rent a air cmpressor and ttools to get that done in the procces we broke a strut..well it didnt break just the seal went bad..so i a bought a buddy's of mine Koni 5-way Adj shock/stuts..oh well its only money right...just wish i had alot more

but car should be running this weekend
